what's d best external fuel pump

i hv a aeromotive external pump , its loud and sometimes u can't here it that when the car cuts off also my car idle high . do u think d pump or fuel regulator is bad??

IMHO intank pumps are only good to a certain point. When you start to run big boost, you need better insurance.
