I just finished doing the headgaskets on the G.N, and I started it up, and the same white smoke that I saw before I did my heads started pouring out the exhaust.
I originally did the head gaskets assuming the white smoke was coolant, but this was the only time in my life I didn't verify it was the problem, I just assumed and went at it.
Now I'm seeing oil around the mating area where the turbo exhaust flange meets the right side manifold.
Mind you, I saw this all late last night, my brain was pretty much shot, and I won't have time to tackle it today.... but could it be the oil seals in the turbo are just wasted? Would it cause the car to put out white smoke?
Appreciate your help on this guys, just need some of your expertise in this matter. I'm sure I can figure it out tomorrow what's going on here.
