What % do I balance the engine to?

I can't remember the # but I have to tell the machine shop on Monday. Finally, the last step before getting my POS back on the road.

Not sure if I am answering your Q here or not but when I was a BBC guy, the labor/price break was at 2/10th's of a gram. You could go zero tolerance of course, just pay more $$$.

36.6% (factory) or 50%. The 36.6 ends up with a primary imbalance in the horizontal plane. 50% gives both horizontal and vertical imbalance but the total imbalance is less.

Thanks. What would you recommend for reliability? I will rarely spin this thing over 5,000rpm. I just want it to last.
