Weld wheels with Hoosier quick time pro

Like new barely used set of Weld wheels and hoosiers. Wheels are 15x8" and 15x3.5" custom powder coated semi-flat black. Tires are Hoosier DOT 26x9.5x15" and 26x3.5x15". They only have @2-3 track passes and a few street miles on them. I love the way my car looks with these but Im going with big brakes and these wheels no longer fit my car. I paid $1,400 for these.
