waterpump

ok so i need a new waterpump on the ye ol montecarlo. well i call the parts store and they ask me if i have a heavy-duty pump or the Std pump......i have no clue...anyone can help me?

I do believe they are both the same pump with the exception of the HD Pump having better bearings and a higher quality seal. Same pumps tho and BOTH will fit, one just costs more.
