You could always use an adjustable manual boost controller.
RJC Racing makes one. Hallman, Grimmspeed and others are available on Amazon as well.

If you don't have a wastegate actuator at all, please disregard.

I have a MBC but I still need the actuator. I think you are referring to solenoid on the ps valve cover?

Have two here: one fixed and one adjustable.

I thought maybe you were looking for adjustability, use an MBC but you've got that covered.
If you bought a new TE style turbo and didn't have a wastegate actuator that ft. If that was the case, disregard the post.

In any case you are looking for a HD actuator and I am no help at all.
