i have a 85 gn engine that i was thinking about intercooloing.i had a 86 gn that i pulled a complete engine from but i'm using the shortblock in my tta.i have all the wiring sensors and manifolds and such off the 86 engine what i would like to do is put these parts on the 85 engine without getting into a big rebuild. is this possible? i know i have drill a oil return hole.i was also told there is a .030 diffrence in deck heights so the intake may not exactly line up to well.i was kinda want to stick this is a third gen trans am for cheap cheap cheap!!! i know the heads and exhaust manifolds are diffrent and down pipe are diffrent but can be made to work. main concern is putting intercoooled parts off 86 onto 85 engine. thanks for the help james
