Recently my stock tranny went south-and in process of a local rebuild/total upgraded billet components etc.. With my current sig. I was planning to purchase a 3 disc 3200 stall lock up-my only future upgrades are Champion Iron heads and a mild roller cam (if he head gasket goes) and a slightly larger Precision BB turbo(if my Innovative P.O.S turbo dies!).
My goal is to do this tranny once (only street driven). Are there reports of the recent multi disc being noisy-and is it worth the extra $200 (figured 3 disc would handle W/O throttle better on lock up). As for stall Precision indicated that 2 stalls are available 2800 and 3200...suggestions??
