Why does the "brand new" block for sale have the bore size listed as 4.060"? Is this a typo? OK, I answered my own question. The bore size is 3.960" not 4.060" according to the sonic sheet. Bird should correct this in his ad. A 3.960" bore block is a good deal at his asking price.

The block is 4.060. The guy I bought it from was building a big cube motor. The block is new just not standard bore.

It's actually .095" over a stock 4.1 liter bore of 3.965" It would be a fair bet to take the wall thickness on the sonic sheet and subtract roughly .050".
