I converted to vacuum a couple months before taking my car out of service for 6 months. They worked fine during routine driving, as I never got into it before pulling the engine. Will be driving it again in a week or so.
I did not install any other check valve than the factory piece that plugs into the booster. Will I risk booster diaphragm rupture under boost conditions? If so, does anyone know the threshold?
