vaccum problem, need help

i have had a KR problem for awhile and decided to check all the vac since it seemd to be ok but i put a vaccum guage on the system and the needle goes nuts but it is above 15 inches and going 90 to nothing, what is happoning is that meaning there is a leak or is it just barley keeping up?

The needle jumps when it's running? What line are you taking readings from?

one of the hard lines from the vac block to the map sensor i just took the hose off to the map and started the car and the needle goes nuts??
