Using E85?

So does anyone know what needs to be done to run E85 if anything? I understand it is rated at 105 octane, but I don't know enough to know if it will run properly in a TR motor.

The gas station I fill up at has started selling E85 at $2.50 a gallon.

I guess that's why I couldn't find anything
