You are partially correct CJ87, my GP has the same exact rear brace that the GNX got, I found when I installed the rear X braces on my T, and the UMI shock tower brace, the whole demeanor of the car changed. You can get a GNX style rear seat brace, but will have to be welded in. I didn't mind one bit having to drill a couple holes, if you ever want it "original" again, a little touch up paint on the holes, and not too many people would ever realize that the holes weren't supposed to be there.
