Unknown Turbonetics Turbo

I recently purchased my car and I am very new to the turbo world. The car had a horrible oil leak from the oil drain line so I pulled the turbo to fix it and realized that the turbo is not stock. It is a turbonetics with 20192 marked on the compressor housing. Can anyone offer any insight in to what I might have and how it will work with a mostly stock car?
