Are there any compatibility problems when running a DirectScan setup with your Extender Extreme and T+ setup? I was ready to order the DS, but someone mentioned that the car may not run right.

Considering that he recommends using direct scan to set the user-settable parameters in the extender and extender extreme chips I can't imagine that there are any problems. You can set them up without ds but it sure is easier to have it.

No problems with mine other than connections.

Direct Scan connector needs to be done right and kept from moving around as well as the T+ connections and chip connections at the modded ECM.

I have issues with mine every now and then, and it's either the ECM chip socket, header connections, or else my cable has moved on me for direct scan.

99.75 % of the time the car is perfect and easy to run and tune with DS.
