how do you turn the alarm off, (stop horn from blowing when door is opened) I tried turning the key in the drivers door, but no good. ps. its my car, lol

Usually all you have to do is turn the key to either the lock or the unlock in the drivers door cant remember which. Thats all I ever did when mine would go off.

ok. think i need to pull the door panel off and check things out, I have to pop the hood every time I get in, lol, kind of fun at 6am

Try disarming it with the passenger side key lock first.

That may isolate it to the drivers door or tell you to look elsewhere for the problem.

Mine has a botton under the dash by the E brake
Turn the key to the on position and push the botton at the same time.
PITA.

Lock door with power lock switch close door open with key should disable if not switch on lock is bad or has bad connection if you want to totally disable under dash driver side above parking break rod are 3 connectors with modules mounted sideways unplug the 2 closest to the drivers side PIA to get to though.
