Trouble setting TPS

Anyone had this problem before? At idle my TPS reading is 0.44v, but at WOT I can get it no higher than 4.40v. I've tried a new TPS with the same result. It seems the max range is 3.96v even when I position the TPS as far forward as possible. If I adjust it up to reach 4.5v at WOT then the idle value is too high at 0.64v. Is there a way to adjust the linkage to get more range? Are the 70mm TB and 70mm plenum causing a geometry problem that won't allow the range? Any ideas?

What is your IAC volts? They run hand in hand here. If you get you IACd down to 15-25 and TPS at .42.... Your WOR should be at 4.5 volts. What chip are you runninf?

4.40 wot is fine, if you want the voltage higher try filing out the tps slots some for more adjustment range.

Turbo Tweak says anything over 4.20 is good.
So is it fatter at say 4.50 then 4.20 at WOT?

Did some reading at www.vortexbuicks-etc.com and my readings are fine. If you go to the basics section there is a good write up on the settings.

Make sure you pull it all the way forward. Loosen the bolts and pull it toward the front of the car.
