trans is shifting at 4000 1-2 wot

my trans is shifting at 4000 1-2 wot, everything else is normal. it has an art carr shift kit, everything else is stock. fluid looks good

be sure torque specs on vbody and gaskets is ok.examine the 1/2 shift valve train for wear at the point where tv upshift oil acts.check 1/2 spring free length against a known good one.If the other shifts are at the right rpm then use a stiffer 1/2 shift spring.Any line bias mods will make the 1/2 later but also the other shifts so dont touch the line bias circuit yet.
