Tranny is finally in, but its not shifting right. Need help!

Well...first off it shifts into 2nd ok I guess, but then again I wouldnt know. However, it shifts into 3rd really quick! It wont go into 4th until 45 or 50, but I have to let off the gas for it to go in. I really hate letting off the gas to go into 4th because I have the billet servo and its just so violent. Also in 3rd around 35 rpm, I can feel the rpms go up and down consistantly until I let off the gas. Then when Im slowing down, it seems like it gets confused because it goes back and forth from 3rd to 2nd and to 3rd, etc.. It doesnt finally go into 1st until I make a complete stop. Ive been having to shift manually for it to shift properly and even for 4th, its a pain because I have to let off. Whats the problem. Thanks.
