TR Custom Parts - Aluminum Radiator

Just wanted to post a quick note to let everyone know about my experience with TR Custom Parts. I ordered an Aluminum radiator from Mark at TR Custom Parts and when it arrived the box was damaged. I told the Fedex driver to hold on while I inspected the box to determine if I was going to deny the package. After the outer box was opened and there was no obvious damage to the inner box housing the radiator, the driver bolted back to his truck and left. Once I got the radiator inside and inspected it I noticed the overflow nipple had been broken off due to impact. I contacted Mark and he gladly sent me a return label and shipped me a new radiator. Once the new radiator was in, I couldn't be happier. My car ran 10 degrees cooler while saving weight. I then added a dual high speed fan setup and it dropped the temp another 10-15 degrees. Needless to say i am staying at 190 or below with the A/C blowing on a 90+ degree day. Thanks Mark!

same happen to me when mine arrived. different vendor but shipping a radiator must be one of the more difficult things to ship

No... that's what the lazy, worthless f^cks at Fed-SUX or U-PMS do with boxes. They throw them around & beat them like a rented mule.

Just went thru this with some step bars for my wifes Enclave. Huge tear/dent in box... Two dented & chipped paint nerfs. I was pissed.

Here's an idea. If you're too much of a pussy to lift a 60 lb box without dropping it, get another f^cking job!

Ordered a few parts from TR Custom parts in the past. Always had a great experience with them. Parts are top quality and shipped on time.
