Not an 81-87 what year is it?

I thought it was 81-87, I got it from a good friend when I had my 87 but never tried to use it. Could it be rear? Any other way to identify the year? I'll look for a p/n tonight.

Not a rear get me a part # I'll let you know what it is. The oval in the center gives it away it should be solid in the center with a round hole.

I spent 20 mins looking it over, the only identification I see is the letter "A". No other p/n or marks. It is aluminum and is 63" at it's widest measurement. Could it be 78-80 or big car? I also looked through my dealer parts book (82-90 Buick B, C, D, E, G, X) none of the illistrations resemble this part. Any guesses? Thank you for your help!
