Tie rods - help!

I'm getting ready to do my 12" brake upgrade and I want to also replace the tie rod ends. I have no idea which one of these I need because I haven't done this before, and my service manual isn't very helpful in this! I assume a pickle fork would likely destroy them like the balljoints, or am I wrong? The site I'm looking at, www.rockauto.com lists outer and inner for the front, so do I need both and would I need the adjusting sleeve too?

You can get a tie rod fork as well. Try it hitting the arm of the spindle where the tie rod end goes through. With a some pressure from the fork and the the hitting of the spindle arm it will come out fairly easy without damaging the tie rod end.
It might be a good time to go ahead and change the tie rod inner and outer ends. Tie rod ends are cheap and it will save you from doing another alignment down the road if they need replaced later.
You shouldn't need to replace the sleeve unless it's rusted tight or damaged.
