This is not good!!!

Ive got a 109 block fresh from the machine shop( bored .030 over,hot tanked,magnafluxed,line bored,new cam bearings and freeze plugs) If your interested pm me with an offer been wanting $550 obo but just make an offer.
 
For the block go junk yard diving. 86 - 86 buick V6 blocks are all the same except for the oil return line. You can find them relatively easy. Once you have this strip it down. You have good external parts and if the pan is good you have most of what you need. Rods, crank and pistons are not that hard to come up with. You can find most of the stock stuff around Reds Hot Air usually has crank kits available at a reasonable price. Look at your local machine shops, sometimes they have the blocks laying around. You want ones that end with 109. You can get aftermarket pistons in various overbores. Cam and the rest can be purchased with out too much expense. Find a good machine shop around from other TB guys and assemble the engine yourself. It is actually kind of fun. Of course if you want to do the quickie version, got to Grooms Engines or Merkel and have a crate engine sent you. Swap and you are back on the road in no time.
