i would like to share a problem i had. i ordered a rear gnx style seat brace from kirban. when i got the brace i seen it was the tube style not the gnx style so i called them up the said they would send the right one out that day without even getting the other back first. so i went to the USPS. sent it out.a few days later i got a letter from the post office with the label off the package they said it got destroyed and all they could find was the label ripped off the package.i had already got the right one from kirbans. so i called and talked to pete at kirbans told him what happened and he would have to charge me for that one to but he said not to worry about it that it wasnt my fault. the post office lost it. so i would like to say THANK YOU TO ALL THE PEOPLE AT KIRBANS. they are a great place to deal with and couldnt ask for nicer people to deal with thanks kevin
