Test pipe

I have a 3" RJC downpipe and a Pypes 2 1/2" exhaust. Do I need a test pipe that reduces from 3" to 2 1/2"? All I see advertised is either a 2.5" test pipe or a 3" test pipe.

The test pipe should bolt up to the cat back system.id go with whatever size your downpipe is.

Nope the 4 bolt flange will mate together. No Adapter needed.

Ok gotcha, I didn't know if 3" of exhaust suddenly going through a 2.5 inch hole with no gradual slope would cause turbulence, but I guess not.

The flanges will match up but inside there might be some deflection. There should be no issue with performance
