What does everybody gauge the life of their DR's by? My tires are practically smooth, and center section does not seem as soft as it used to be when giving it the fingernail test. Run 'em 'til the cords start showing or?

i would say till you MAY START to see a cord, never want to see a cord, unless you never exceed 25mph. or if your questioning it.................probably a good time, i wouldnt want to question something like that

I'm wondering more from a racing standpoint, when most users of these tires have started to see a decrease in 60 ft times/consistency at the track. If weather is good I'll run 'em again this weekend and see how they do.

no track anywhere will let you run if they see cords, in tech or if the starter sees them, so if your close watch the length of the burnouts, all my mustang friends ( 8sec cars, so probably not same time frame ) chuck them 4/5 passes after they are bald, as 60's fall off
