Disassembly is pretty intuitive, you'll do fine. Remembering how to reassemble it is the trick. I took a number of pictures for reference as I reassembled the seat. Take the seat completely out to do all this.
Two things I used from reading the shop manual did help: 1) Take care to disconnect the rubber hoses leading to the lumbar bladder, and 2) Use a one inch putty knife to remove the headrest (Raise the headrest completely and slide the putty knife downward against the metal shaft to release it from the back of the seat....I don't remember whether you put the putty knife down the front or the rear of the shaft).
