Taillights not working on 87 gn

Changed a taillight bulb and now my running lights in the back aren’t workin. Brake lights work. Confused! Is there more than two fuses for the taillights? Thanks any help will be greatly appreciated!

By the fuse box there is a solid wire it looks like a bonding wire .
This wire is for your taillights
Its usually connected with a wire nut or tab

Great now my parking lights aren’t working either. I guess that’s what I get for buying a car that’s sat in the same spot for 20+ years
