Ta 61 Turbo Needs To Be Rebuilt

This is a TA 61 turbo that I pulled off the car because I was getting smoke at idle and had shaft play. I took apart to inspect wheels and housing, everything looks good, no contact with housing. just needs bearing and seals.
This turbo has went high 10's in full weight car. $200.00 TYD in lower 48

Is it just the housing and wheel your selling or is it a whole TA 61?
