T6 tuning to lock maf# @245

As Jim said, that locks the blm using either a tps or maf threshold. It does not lock the MAF reading. I've never bothered to try to figure out how to do that since I never needed it. Personally I like to lock the blm when the maf is over 245 or so, instead of using tps. That way while the turbo is spooling up it uses the learned blms.
