T&D rockers

I bought a set of these on the board here and when I finally got around to opening them I am missing peices.I was told they are supposed to have pieces that go over the shaft that the bolts go through into the head.Does anybody know how to get into contact with t&d or where I could buy these.Thanks.............

I talked to jason(rjc) today, he said he didnt know if they would work or not. the ones he makes are for stock rocker shafts.thanks alot...
