T-76 Turbo & RJC power plate

I have a power plate, looks like its for a precision plenum $35 shipped to you.

T76 turbo, was planning on running this on my 86 GN with ported irons... that motor never made it into the car, nor did the turbo ever make it onto the car either. Can't comment on mileage, as far as I know, it is NOT a BB turbo. $380 shipped to you.

I may be in the market for a temporary turbo. The 76 may be way to big on a stock motor but it would get me through cruising season. How badly would the damaged wheel affect performance. How much play and how are the oil seals?
