stock waste gate actuator

I tried to purchase a new actuator from my local dealership yesterday. I was told they are discontiued. Can any one confirm this ? Sometimes I think they will say that if it is not easily found in their system. No proof to that but I get the feeling they would much rather sell parts for newer cars. I looked at Kirban's site and they sell a gm "high pressure" one. Is this the same as stock ? Thanks

Call Precision they sell stock and HD. The HD in some cases
spools slower however it allows higher boost #'s
