They go above the muffler in front of the fuel tank.

I guess I am not the only one that hadn't heard of a "muffler mount". lol
I didn't even know it was missing until I found out I needed it, lol.
I have attached a picture of this mystery piece from the install instructions.
Let me know if you have this piece. Sorry for the confusion.
