still have this over boost problem

i changed the injectors to 60's and gopt some new chip burnt [ runs great ]. But i still have a bad over boost problem, my race gate wont go any lower then 22psi with the screw all the way out and the vac line from the turbo port to the race gate bottom port , none on top. It has the black spring in the race gate, does any one know what i can try next or should i just try to find a real weak spring[ where can i get one fast ].

If you have not done this already, take the wastegate off and disassemble. There is a small teflon seal on the shaft. If the nut that holds this together has been tightened too tight, it will prevent the shaft from moving. If the shaft won/t move, the gate stays closed. Be sure to used Loctite 242 on the threads.

i pulled it apart once not long ago , i even hook my 7cfm vac pump to it and it sucked it right open . maybe i should put some pressure on the bottom port to see if theres a leak . Othere then that i dont know what do do but try to change the spring.
