sticking idle?

My car has had a high,sticking idle lately.I recently put a TPS-TEC& adjusted the TPS & when you drive it the idle stays high until you blip the throttle& then it goes down,then it goes back up,It is annoying Did my TPS take a crap?I even took off TPS TEC & it does the same thing,I cleaned out the throttle body.What is causing this?

maybe the throttle cables are hitting something I found one of my vac lines were interfering with the detent cable (I think that's what it's called) that caused my throttle to stay partially open. if that's not your case as well...I'm hth

its sticky.. see if you can squirt some kinda lube into the mechanical works of the tb..
