"Stock" steel crank? I guess you mean stock stroke and bearing size? Since there was no "stock" steel crank for the Buick. TA performance, Weber Racing, Arizona GN, Full Throttle all have cranks, but there are only just two or three manufacturers for the forgings- in China, I think.

We have Eagle forged steel cranks, stock stroke and external balance like original, so you can use factory balancer, flexplate, rods and pistons.

For proper install like any replacement crank, it must be balanced to your parts.

You need to check again, don't think Full Throttle has forged steel EXTERNAL balanced cranks.
