Starting the car

Hi. I was hoping someone may have some suggestions for my problem. It seems like the car doesn't want to start. After it started it is ok. Its only a problem the first time each day I try starting it. I had to replace the starter about 2 yrs ago. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks.

First of all this would go in general buick tech...Second, What do you mean doesn't want to start, Does it crank fine but takes a lot of cranks to start, or does it not want to crank and/or cranks slow??
