Starting problem

When I go to start my GN. I t acts is if m battery is low, the starter just clicks like there is not enough power to have it turn over. My battery is new and not low, I even tried to put a booster pack on it, same result. Someone suggested that it was the cable from the battery to the starter. Any suggestions??

#1 hard start problem....

....loose or dirty battery terminals, especially if it doesn't want to jump off. If the terminals are clean, you may have a bad cable.
