sometimes no fuel pressure

went to start car,no fuel pressure,no priming of the pump,rapped the relays with a screw driver,car starts,after 10 min car dies,this has been going on for a few days.How do I know if this is the relay or the pump.I also have the fuel pump hot wire kit.

not true,sometimes I have to rap my girlfriend to get her to work!!!!!!!!
