what is the wire harness in the bag with instructions for the turbolink?

Hello,
Tag says "Please refer to appendix a in your turbolink user manual for installation instructions".

Alltogether its about 4 feet long with a 3 prong male plug on one end a smaller 2 prong gray plug on the other, and 2 3 prong pligs that could plug into each other in the middle. Hope this helps, I never used it. It came with the car.
