simple electrical prob

what would cause all the acc. ports on my fuse block to stop working? checked all fuses and ok. lost power to antennae, dome lights, radio, door chime. is there a relay under hood? or fusible link somewhere? this happened all at once.

I think the fuse links are at the starter for that. Caspers makes a relocation kit for those.
