No biggie Evil we still luv you lol. In a nutshell the cat is a restriction even on a stock untouched motor. Remove it and the engine/turbo breathes easier. Now add a bigger turbo, more fuel, advanced timing and so on the stock intercooler starts becoming a restriction/heater in the flow of air. If you add a stretch slic or fmic the air is flowing more freely/cooler again and boost may go up another lb or 2 depending how much air it's restricting. Now the stock heads/manifold are the clogger upper. Now your out 10 grand upgrading this crap and your car breaks down over a $5 part. That's the story and I'm sticking to it (y).
