Sick GN in WV, need help.

I have T-Link, but don't have a laptop yet for tuning. Is anyone else in my area able to spend an afternoon sometime in the next couple weeks able to help me tune the GN and go over any problems we can find? It seems like i don't quite have the power I should.

guess I forgot to mention the area I'm in, I'm just outside of Hagerstown Maryland, about 40 min. from Frederick. Just looking to get some help on some basic things that should be checked over on our cars from time to time.

I live about 5 min from Hedgesville, thats where I went to high school . He have any kids I might know them(Hedgesville is a small place).
