I am trying to find a good looking turbo inlet pipe setup for my GN. Recently went SD, so looking for options without a MAF. Something that looks like it belongs in a GN.

4in GN1 one piece intake pipe. You'll need the angled IAC boss and if you have 3in intercooler piping you may need a spacer. Mine seemed to fit without one since the GN1 headers lowered the turbo slightly.

Your engine bay looks nice. Have any pictures from other angles? That thing would stick out like a sore thumb in my all stock/original engine bay. nice car man.

Thanks. Yea that is true if your engine bay is otherwise stock. Maybe someone could reproduce an original looking pipe just longer to hook up to the stock air box.

yup. It comes raw aluminum. I polished it and shaved the welds down to make it appear 1 piece

Those are both really nice options. I like the simplicity of the GN1. Easy to take off when turning wrenches. I like the GBP for function (outside air). GPB claims you don't need the angle boss, was that true for you Toby?

that is correct, no need for the angle boss.

The pipe on the turbo is a gn1 4"

G-Body parts 3.5" pipe here. I had to cut it down to accommodate a MAF. Obviously, you wouldn't have that issue with SD

Nice man. You have a 4" coupler to the turbo? Did you powdercoat the turbo matte black? Looks great!

Any of you monitor inlet air temps before and after you relocated the filter out of the engine bay?

Toby_Goodmk,
How did you make out with fixing the issue with your Hydroboost brakes? I believe it was your power-steering reservoir? Like your engine bay! Did a nice job with it.

My apologies to the OP for cutting into your thread. I'm rarely on here and it reminded me of something.
