I'm going to sell the GN so I can get an IC'd T-type for a daily driver, the only thing the GN needs is the paint, which is not in good shape, plus i've sanded out some surface rust an primered/painted the spots. It needs helps basically. If I get it painted, it'd be some quick job over the existing paint coz I cant afford anything decent.....it just make it look a little better. But if I was looking to buy it, I wouldnt want a cheap, crappy paint job on it.
So should I
A)get a cheap paint job to make it look a little better so I can ask for a little more $$....or
B)not get it painted so the next guy can do what he wants w/ it?...which would result in the price dropping a little.
I dunno, what do u guys think?

I'd go for the quickie paint job. Make it look as presentable as possible. Doesn't sound like a high dollar car so your customers shouldn't expect a $5000 paint job.

Don't paint it in case the new owner wants a change the color.

If it was up to me everyone would have a alternate color TB beside their black TB.
:D

lol, great...one for paint, one for no paint. :p Your comment was exactly what i'm thinking John, make it look presentable. BTW, got the module an coil pack yesterday, hopefully I can put it on tomorrow and actually drive my car.:)

Paint it because it will have more potential customers.

If you don't paint it people will think something is wrong.
Apperance is like 98% factor with stupid people buying a car.

An idea do get a decent paint job is let a local tech school paint it as class project if you have the time to allow a semester go by?
