SES Light ON after Closed Loop

My SES amber light illuminates from cold start after system goes into Closed Loop. If I shutoff engine and then restart light tends to stay OFF for at 5 - 10 miles. Checked TPS cold 40.5 hot 42.3

Car runs great when SES light is off, engine has many upgrades and all sensors, gaskets and grommets are brand new.

Any one seen this condition before, if so what's up?

Check for trouble codes. The light just tells you there are codes set.
