Seat Belt Guides

I'm looking for some grey seat belt guides and the factory screws for my '86 T-Type...I would need both driver and passenger sides. These are the plastic pieces that screw into the headrests. Please respond with condition and price shipped to zip 50616 if you can help me out.

Chuck we have these built brand new in the correct Gray. I just haven't had time to put the other colors up on my site yet.
I can toss in the factory screws & ship USPS for $5.80
