Sd2: will changing injector size throw off my tune?

I'm swapping from 60's to 80's and was curious how much it will affect my current tune? Obviously changing the size on the setup screen would be required, but will i end up having to retune from scratch or just make small tweaks? anyone have any experience?

Working with injector size and injector offset will get you very close.
