Screeching noise after I replaced the turbo. Any ideas?

I installed a brand new precision turbo after the old one quit building boost. I've double triple checked my connections but I'm getting this horrible screeching noise when under boost. Not a whine or whistle, but almost like a grinding screech. I'll upload a video as soon as I get a chance, but wanted to start a discussion. I'm holding boost and I dont believe I have a vaccum leak. It could also be something else making the noise but it started after I replaced the turbo.

My first thought when I heard it was "oh no, oil isnt getting in and the bearings are dry" but I'm not familiar enough to know if that's what is going on. And yes the oil line is connected.

The old turbo quit building boost and had a long and abusive life but I'm not sure what pushed it too far in the end. I dont want the new one to self destruct from the same issue.

Any help is appreciated. I'll be digging into it this weekend again.

I had the exact same happen with a brand new turbo. The impeller was scraping the sides. Check there. If it is, contact Precision.
